Looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer experienced with modern machine learning frameworks, LLM technologies, and automation tooling.This person will own technical design for moderately complex AI projects and lead the development of high-quality, production-ready AI solutions for internal tools and products.Core ResponsibilitiesBuild, train, fine-tune, and optimize models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.js.Develop LLM-powered solutions by fine-tuning and integrating models like GPT, BERT, and LLaMA using platforms such as Hugging Face, OpenAI, and Cohere.Implement and support NLP capabilities including text classification, NER, sentiment analysis, summarization, and question answering.Build automation workflows and AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, and RPA tools.Evaluate, test, and optimize model performance (accuracy, precision, recall, F1), ensuring models meet reliability and scalability requirements.Collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver maintainable, efficient, and well-documented AI systems.Core RequirementsProven experience in Software Development or applied Machine Learning experience.Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.js.Proven experience fine-tuning, optimizing, and deploying LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA) using Hugging Face, OpenAI, or Cohere.Experience implementing NLP pipelines (text classification, NER, summarization, sentiment analysis, QA).Familiarity with automation/agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or RPA tools.Strong understanding of model evaluation metrics and performance optimization strategies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.Solid understanding of testing, monitoring, and best practices for production AI systems.Nice to HaveExperience deploying AI models via APIs and cloud services for scalable, real-time use.Knowledge of MLOps practices: model versioning, monitoring, continuous training, and lifecycle management.Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for AI-powered search and retrieval.Experience building or contributing to internal SDKs or developer tooling.Background in scalable automation or agentic AI systems.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesSoftware Development#J-*****-Ljbffr
