If so, this is the role for you.As the Immunology Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the marketing plan, aligning customer segments, and leveraging services to deliver an exceptional experience for both customers and patients. You will propose and implement innovative strategies based on deep customer insights, ensuring flawless execution.Your responsibilities: This role will provide you the opportunity to coordinate key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Strategically execute global integrated campaigns and continuously update them to effectively address customer needs and market dynamics. Conduct comprehensive market analysis and provide diligent follow-up on the tactical implementation of the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Define with the product manager and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess brand performance and deliver actionable insights for optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to gather in-depth customer insights, ensuring the brand's responsiveness to evolving market demands. Oversee local congresses, digital and in-person events, while coordinating with third-party partners and local teams to ensure successful local execution. Develop and implement media plans and promotional materials in alignment with global strategies, ensuring seamless integration of the marketing mix and adherence to industry regulations. Why you?Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with the required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Proven experience in marketing and/or sales within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong skills in prioritization, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experience in multichannel marketing strategies and execution. Previous experience in Specialty Care is a distinct advantage. Experience in product launches. Knowledge and experience working with immunology products is highly desirable.
