**_Welcome to Warner Bros.Discoverythe stuff dreams are made of._****Who We Are**When we say, "the stuff dreams are made of," we're not just referring to the world of wizards, dragons and superheroes, or even to the wonders of Planet Earth.Behind WBD's vast portfolio of iconic content and beloved brands, are the _storytellers_ bringing our characters to life, the_ creators_ bringing them to your living rooms and the _dreamers_ creating what's nextFrom brilliant creatives, to technology trailblazers, across the globe, WBD offers career defining opportunities, thoughtfully curated benefits, and the tools to explore and grow into your best selves.Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.**Your New Role**:Post Operations International (POI) prepares material for languaging and playout in our international regions by ensuring the materials include all elements needed for international reversionsing, and then facilitating edits for the programs based on regional clocks and cultural sensitivities.In addition, POI provides regional fulfillment support as add'l.program materials are needed for reversioning / other global platforms.The coordinator position provides daily operational support for the Post Ops International team while ensuring that material for air is being processed and sent, in a timely matter, to the regional teams, systems and downstream processes.**Your Role Accountabilities**:- Coordinate the movement of materials used for broadcast-quality cut-to-clock (CTC) editing projects for International reversioning and playout.- Act as facilitator between Post Ops International, regional partners and internal teams.- Perform database entry/management including, but not limited to, entering milestones in internal tracking grids.- Process international acquisition programming through the incoming technical evaluation & edit prep process.- Organize file transfers to and from various regions and provide daily reports of completed transfers.- Track delivery of assets from US Production & vendors.- Act as point of contact to 3rd party transcription house, providing documents and information as needed.- Research, request and process EMEA assets needed for POI reversion or fulfillment- Ensure timely delivery of material for editing.- Assist POI team on various tasks, research/analysis and special projects as needed or assigned.- This position is considered an essential position.This means that during times of inclement weather, emergencies, or when access to the workplace may be impeded, that employees in this position are expected to report to work to support business continuance, unless otherwise instructed by his/her direct manager.**Qualifications & Experiences**:- Proficiency in Business Speaking English required.- Work experience within the media/tech industry preferred.- 1-2 years' experience with post production, broadcast operations, and/or log operations highly preferred- Bachelor's degree in communications, television, film, media, logistics, or operations highly preferred.- Strong working knowledge of post-production environment, standards, and equipment preferred.- Solid technical background with knowledge and understanding of multiple media platforms.- Strong work ethic and positive attitude with ability to lead and handle high volume projects and tasks.- Superior organizational skills with a high degree of flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to respond to changing priorities, timelines, and deadlines.- Self-learner, independent, with outstanding problem-solving skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize effectively.- Experience with Microsoft Suite to include: Word, Excel, Outlook etc.**How We Get Things Done****Championing Inclusion at WBD
