Associate Consultant Role As an Associate Consultant youll build and deploy web-based applications on our platform to support our customers business strategies. Youre an expert on our software; from implementing the first business process management application to scaling up the program across the enterprise you will bring our low-code platform to life. This role is based at our Mexico City office in Coyoacan. Our company was built on a culture of in-person collaboration which we believe is a key driver of our mission to be the best. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications Leverage experience in a range of critical process improvement disciplines including business process management, knowledge management, personalization, business intelligence and application integration. Construct, implement and deploy process‑centric business process management solutions based on our software. Analyze a client’s business strategy, their business processes and develop technical solutions to support their business strategy. Apply design thinking for prototypes and model business processes. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Solid foundation of or love for technology. Preferred experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and cloud technologies. Basic Qualifications B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math or equivalent background Bilingual or Business proficiency of the English language Willingness to travel; 20% to support customer engagement Tools and Resources Training and Development : During onboarding we focus on equipping new hires with the skills and knowledge for success through department-specific training.
