Project Manager – Grupo Aqua Caribbean Ubicación: Cancún, Quintana Roo Modalidad: Presencial Área: Dirección de Proyectos / Estrategia Nivel: Senior Resumen Buscamos un Project Manager con experiencia en la industria de eventos, marketing o entretenimiento, responsable de planificar, coordinar y ejecutar proyectos estratégicos enfocados en la creación de nuevas marcas, expansión del portafolio y reingeniería de marcas existentes, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos, plazos, presupuesto, KPIs y estándares de calidad, alineados con la estrategia corporativa. Responsabilidades principales Planificar y coordinar proyectos de expansión, lanzamiento de nuevas marcas y reingeniería de marcas existentes. Definir alcance, cronogramas, presupuestos, recursos y KPIs por proyecto. Identificar riesgos, evaluar impactos y proponer soluciones preventivas y correctivas. Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, lineamientos de marca y normativas internas. Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios (marketing, producción, diseño y proveedores externos). Elaborar y presentar reportes ejecutivos de avance y resultados para la alta dirección. Impulsar la mejora continua en procesos y metodologías de gestión de proyectos. Requisitos Formación académica Licenciatura en Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines. Deseable Maestría o certificaciones en Dirección de Proyectos (PMP, Agile, Scrum u otras). Experiencia Experiencia comprobable como Project Manager en empresas de eventos, marketing, entretenimiento o industrias creativas. Gestión de proyectos de expansión, lanzamiento de marcas o reingeniería organizacional. Manejo de equipos multidisciplinarios y proveedores externos. Experiencia reportando directamente a dirección o comités ejecutivos. Competencias clave Liderazgo y gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios. Excelente comunicación oral y escrita. Pensamiento estratégico y orientación a resultados. Alta capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas. Organización, priorización y toma de decisiones bajo presión.
