We are an intercultural collaboration - an interconnected network - that comes together every day with one goal in mind: Partnership for a better world Your function In the position of Portfolio Analyst at DLL Mexico, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of credit and collection operations, supporting the daily management of portfolio reports, the monitoring of aging indicators and the generation of strategic insights through Power BI dashboards. It will work together with areas such as Credit, AML and Operational Excellence to improve data‑based decision‑making and performance monitoring. Organizing and validating account allocations; Checking external agency fees; Supporting risk management, identifying trends in portfolio deterioration; Participating in regular review and planning meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes; Ensure data integrity and documentation of analytical results; Supporting the implementation of operational improvements; Maintaining the artifacts required for portfolio management; Ensuring that all activities are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and compliance requirements. Your profile Degree in progress or completed in Data Analysis, Data Science, IT, Economics, Finance or Statistics; Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, graphics, segmentation, large volumes of data); Power BI (or similar): Data connection, basic dashboards, filters, visualizations, notions of DAX and SQL; Basic knowledge of financial analysis (default indicators, credit risk); Analytical thinking for interpreting data, identifying patterns, evidence‑based solutions. Clear communication; Ability to work in a team, good organization, time management, proactivity, adaptability, strategic vision. We offer Two working days a year volunteering for a local charity.
