Encora is a global digital engineering organization headquartered in Arizona, US, with offices in US, Costa Rica, Mexico, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Peru, Colombia, Bolivia with ****+ dedicated team and growing.**Role and Responsibilities**:- Service requests response, incident reports through Service Desk system.- Configuration and administration of different devices such as laptops, printers, mobile devices, APs, Servers, etc.- Inventory administration.- Maintain the honor and conduct code in the IT Team.**Your key responsibilities include the following**:- Technical support to remote and local users.- Support to end-users for MacOS and Windows operating system.- Follow up on incident reports and help desk.- Support users with Microsoft tools (Office365 Package).- Configuration and management of MacOS and Windows computers.- Network configuration and maintenance (LAN and Wireless).- Server administration (Windows and Linux).- Printer configuration and maintenance.- IT inventory management.- Configuration and maintenance of access controls, alarm and security cameras.- Configuration and maintenance of VPN, Network Policies, Troubleshooting and structured cabling.**Position Requirements**:- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English.- Area of Study: Systems Engineer or similar.- At least 2-3 years' experience in technical support.- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities to build relationships and confidence among users and clients.- Good understanding of MacOS, Office365, networking and servers.- Leadership skills.- Working Experience of multidisciplinary processes and functions of business organizations.- Project planning skills.- Teamwork and Client relationships.- Knowledge desired in Security and Microsoft Administration (Azure AD, Office365).- Knowledge desired in ITIL and SOC2
