**About Us**:We are AMS.AMS is a global total workforce solutions firm founded in ****.We enable organizations to thrive in an age of constant change by building, reshaping, and optimizing workforces.We do this through talent acquisition and contingent workforce management, internal mobility and skills development, and talent and technology advisory services.Our solutions are delivered by our ****+ experts who live our passionate, bold, and authentic values.The ultimate aimis to help clients around the world, including 100+ blue-chip companies, create workforces that are fluid, resilient, diverse, and differentiated.We call this true workforce dexterity—and we're here to help you achieve it.**The Role**:Do you have a vision for your career?We do.When we close our eyes, we see an aspiring creative professional, who has joined our Brand Advisory creative team and is crushing it for our Fortune 100 clients.This person loves variety—websites, social media, videothey caneven make PPT interesting.They are highly attuned to new design ideas, new mediums, new ways of connecting with people and— here's the good part—they are vocal about what excites them and we listen.In other words, we're looking for someone with a point-of-view and ready to express it by doing great work.You will work independently as well as support other creatives and Creative Director on a variety of projects.In turn, you will receive fantastic support and leadership from the entire Brand Advisory team—the type of support that grows your craft, your portfolio and your career.AMS is currently adding to our Americas team a Sr.Digital Designer to deliver creative web design and more within agreed timescales that supports the effective delivery of our client's creative requests.Your work will represent one of the largest financial institutions in the U.S.In this role, you will provide support to our client's careers website, creating new sites for same client and collaborate with other designers to make their Xd designs come to fruition.Be prepared to do what you love and love what you do.Bring your creativity and collaborative energy and we'll give you a supportive team and growth-minded culture.**Key Accountabilities**:The Sr.Digital Designer will deliver digital design work, including websites and landing pages, to support the creative needs of our clients, including one of the largest financial institutions in the U.S., a global pharmaceutical company, and more.- Understand our client's recruitment marketing strategy and overall business objectives- Develop internal and external marketing consistent with our client's brand guidelines- Creating finished and live websites and be able to edit multiple sites and pages on various platforms- Understanding of competitor web and digital campaigns- Understand how to create a campaign and cultivate elements around a central theme- Understanding of social media and creative structures- Ability to prioritize jobs, and when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates; responsible for managing time- Strong attention to detail and proof-reading final content to ensure consistency and quality standards are met- Ensures quality control across all artwork and websites- Interfaces with members of the Employer Brand Advisory team, sales team and internal account teams and liaises directly with the client to understand job requirements- Contribute to the growth of ourbusiness through innovative solutions, creative excellence, smarter team operation and supporting new business- Help mentor more junior creative staff; exhibit leadership in creative project execution- Strong communicator of ideas, challenges, defense of work, strategy articulation, etc.**Skills & Experience**:- 5-10 years in design with a proven focus on web and other digital platforms- Excellent knowledge of WordPress, CSS and HTML coding experience- Strong understanding of UX principles and other digital platform planning (design thinking, human-centered design approaches + Figma, Sketch or Adobe Xd)- Experience designing for desktop and mobile (responsive and adaptive)- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite skills- Knowledge of Java or other web skills a plus**Other**:- At AMS, different is not just good, it's valuable.As a global organization, we recognize the value of different perspectives and experiences in prompting innovation, sparking creativity, and solving problems.As an equal employment opportunity organization, we do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment based on race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability and all other categories protected by law._
