We are looking for an exceptional General Manager for Latin America (LATAM). Reporting to the VP Sales, you will drive sales and business development across the region, focusing on Communication Service Providers, Utilities, Transportation, and Government sectors. You’ll lead a high-performing sales team, build strong customer relationships, and develop strategic partnerships to support growth targets.Location: Mexico City, MexicoResponsibilities:Sales:Reach & Exceed Annual Sales: Product, Services & MaintenanceDevelop Sales activities in the relevant region to achieve aggressive annual growthAcquire new customers while maximizing the business potential of the Installed BasedExperience in direct and indirect (via channels) salesCustomers:Establish strong relationships with customersDevelop partnerships to prepare and enable scalabilityEstablished industry contacts and strong rolodex of customers in region, primarily in Telmex, Total Play, Claro, ETB, Millicom, Ufinet and Utilities like Enel, EPM, AES.Reach high customer satisfactionLeadership:Lead the Sales Team to overachievement through professional excellence, clear and repeatable sales processes and forecasting accuracy.Managing a team of Sales and Pre-sale Engineers.Business:Stay up to date on Market, Business and Macro-Economy trendsStay permanently updated on CompetitorsDefine appropriate offering for the addressed marketReviews and Reports:Quarterly business reviews and annual sales plan and strategyWeekly Pipeline ReviewWeekly Bookings & Revenues ForecastSales CampaignsRequirements:Extensive sales experience in the relevant region – LATAMProven sales leadershipStrong experience in selling telecom solutionsProven successful experience in selling at CxO levelExtensive experience in sales for SP’s/Telco’s in the relevant regionsExtensive experience in sales for Government and for Utility sectors in the relevant regionsUpdated relevant connections in the Utilities, Government & in the SP’s industry in the relevant regionsProficient in SpanishEnglish – high professional levelKnowledge of other languages spoken in the relevant regions – advantageNegotiation abilitiesLeadership and assertiveness
