About The RoleWe are looking for Customer Service Representatives to support our recruiting operations. This role is centered around professional communication, relationship management, and process execution while working closely with candidates and internal recruiting teams.This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a long term interest in growing within a recruiting agency environment. Performance is measured through activity, responsiveness, and quality of communication.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with candidates and internal team members via phone, email, and messaging platformsHandle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely mannerProvide clear information to candidates and guide them through next stepsSchedule calls, interviews, and follow ups accuratelyMaintain detailed and organized notes in internal systemsFollow structured workflows and daily communication goalsSupport recruiting and account operations as neededEnsure a positive and professional experience for all candidatesRequirementsStrong verbal and written communication skillsConfidence speaking on the phone with new people dailyProactive, reliable, and detail orientedStrong work ethic and accountabilityComfortable working in a fast paced, performance driven environmentAbility to follow processes while adapting to changeInterest in long term professional growthWhat We OfferStable full time positionClear growth opportunities within a recruiting agencyExposure to recruiting operations and candidate coordinationStructured processes and defined expectationsSupportive and collaborative team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
