What You’ll Do ✔️ Provide administrative and operational support to the Sourcing Department. ✔️ Prepare and manage supplier documentation, purchase requisitions, and reports. ✔️ Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with internal teams and suppliers. ✔️ Maintain accurate filing systems and databases for sourcing records and KPIs. ✔️ Support cost tracking, project timelines, and departmental metrics. ✔️ Assist in budget control and expense reports. ✔️ Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and confidentiality standards. Required Qualifications ✔️ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field. ✔️ 1–2 years of experience in administrative or procurement support roles. ✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). ✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills. ✔️ English proficiency (intermediate–advanced). ✔️ Experience in manufacturing or metal-mechanical environments preferred. Preferred Qualifications ✔️ Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). ✔️ Knowledge of basic sourcing and purchasing processes. ✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. ✔️ Service-oriented and team-focused mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
