**About IT in Nestlé**We are a team of IT professionals from many countries and diverse backgrounds, each with unique missions and challenges in the biggest health, nutrition and wellness company of the world.We innovate every day through forward-looking technologies to create opportunities for Nestlé's digital challenges with our consumers, customers and at the workplace.We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.To strengthen our Security and Compliance hub in Mexico, we are looking for a Technology Specialist - SAP Access Management to complete our Security and Compliance SAP Access Management AMS team.Under the supervision and guidance of your AMS SAP Access Management team lead in Brazil and part of the Identity and Access Management product and Product Group Manager Digital & Technology Security based in Switzerland, you will be responsible for one or several products within a product group and you will be responsible for the design, build and implementation of SAP Roles and SAP Security related topics.You will be accountable for the product from translating business process best practices into compliant system access requirements.This includes the responsibility for the design of SAP roles in both markets and in the IT support Organizations.On the delivery side of the product you will be responsible for implementing global solutions and for synchronized delivery of new or changed roles with other functional changes implemented by the Business Solution Teams.**Key responsibilities**:- Provide deep specialist guidance and support in their specific specialties (e.g. SAP HANA, s/4 Hana, SAP GRC, Java roles, Net weaver).- Support the integration of solutions within our SAP landscape.- Support and influence the technical activity (design, build, testing) in significant or complex innovation initiatives, accountable to the Innovation or Product Manager for the delivery and quality of technical deliverables.- Participate in the development of and/or review of standards, documentation and methods of working in the relevant area of expertise.- Develop measures and contribute to the SCI - Security & Compliance Index- Responsible for ensuring that all solutions within their technology area are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.- Participate in peer reviews of deliverables and carry out formal and informal reviews of technical designs, standards, documentation and/or implementations.- Provide guidance, directions and, if needed, technical support to product teams, mentoring and sharing technology knowledge with the teams.- Work with IS/IT Innovation managers, Product managers, Tech Leads, Solution Architects and Business Analysts as required to ensure any solution within their specific specialism fits with strategic and technical direction.- Assist others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommend smart (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely) solutions**Required Profile**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.- 5+ years of experience in SAP Security and SAP related authorization concepts.- Strong understanding of Business Process modelling and how it relates to SAP Role Design and Provisioning- Experience of successfully leading technical evaluations related to SAP Access Management and User Provisioning.- Preferably certification in corresponding technical fields.- Excellence in SAP Security & Audit and Monitoring requirements, methods and tools- Understanding and knowledge of IS/IT standards and controls.- Knowledge of SAP GRC, SAP IDM and SAP HANA Security.S/4 HANA knowledge is a plus- Excellent analytical and technical skills.- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
