Staff Software Engineer

We are currently looking for a Staff Software Engineer in Latin America.We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership and influence across multiple teams and subsystems. In this role, you will drive architectural decisions, ensure system reliability, and champion operational excellence while mentoring engineers and fostering scalable processes. You will collaborate with product, data, and platform teams to design, build, and maintain robust APIs and integration pipelines, while promoting best practices in security, observability, and software quality.
