Senior Security Manager Duration: Long-term (Contract to Hire) Location: Latin America (100% remote) Reporting to the Group Information Systems Security Manager, this position operates in an international context. You will serve as a key technical security referent for the entire entity in US (approx. 1000 end‑users), collaborating closely with the Group cyber team (based in France). In the IT Security and Compliance Analyst team, you will be central to ensuring the security and integrity of the Group’s information systems. You will support risk assessments, security monitoring, and incident management while driving compliance initiatives. You will assess security risks for ongoing projects, ensuring security remains integral to operational and strategic activities. Missions Proactively monitor security alerts to detect and respond to potential threats. Investigate security incidents, analyze root causes, and ensure effective resolution. Act as tier two support for error investigations involving blocked actions due to security controls. Consolidate and report on vulnerabilities to ensure timely remediation. Develop and deliver engaging security awareness training materials to improve security knowledge across the organization. Evaluate security risks for ongoing projects, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies. Create and document clear security processes and procedures to guide operational teams, including Service Desk staff.
