We are seeking an Account Manager to join our commercial team. Reporting to Head of Sales Mexico and Puerto Rico, you will be managing designated accounts with a focus on: Increasing sales Increasing retention and value of current business Increasing customer satisfaction Develop a detailed understanding of JATO and its competitors to aid development of future policies and business plans Actively recognise and take ownership of resolving customer issues You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with existing customers and prospects with a view to delivering sustainable revenue growth and achievement against target. In addition, you will support and ultimately own the designated customer relationship whilst ensuring you deliver the best customer experience. Our customer's success is at the heart of everything we do Key Responsibilities Work with each sales manager to identify key targets for outreach campaigns / calls Prospect for new business and effective follow-up of leads to successfully secure new business and maintain a pipeline in-line with growth expectations Support activities of direct manager, Area Manager and other senior sales colleagues including Account Director and Customer Success Manager where required Daily outreach to existing clients and new prospects within the existing CRM database to delivery best-in-class customer experience Manager designated accounts with focus on: Increasing sales Increasing retention and value of current business Increasing customer satisfaction To develop a detailed understanding of JATO and its competitors to aid development of future policies and business plans Actively recognise and take ownership of resolving customer issues Key Requirements Educated to a degree level or experience developed in related business area. 2 years consultative / solutions B2B sales experience Clearly demonstrable New Business sales and Account Management skills Must clearly demonstrate understanding the difference between a value-add solution and a commodity sales approach, with a clear understanding of a "value proposition" A clear and demonstrable understanding of the OEM / NSC and Retail Automotive landscape Sound knowledge of the car and light commercial markets and a clear understanding of vehicle specifications and sales volumes terminology are advantageous A dedication to the provision of top-level customer service / relationship management Highly effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills High level of PC skills and competence for mainstream business should include excellent working knowledge of: Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar, as an example Salesforce) Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook Microsoft Teams Adobe Acrobat and PDF related software of various type and origin Ability to work with a high level of self-reliance is important Ability to deal with complex concepts with a high level of competence #J-18808-Ljbffr
