Descripción del Rol El Head of Creative, Innovation & Content Commerce será responsable de liderar la estrategia, creación y optimización de contenidos (A+ Content) y fichas de producto para marketplaces como Amazon, Mercado Libre, y plataformas adicionales según cada cliente. Este rol integra creatividad, data y performance para construir experiencias de contenido enfocadas en conversión, visibilidad y crecimiento de negocio. Será la persona encargada de asegurar que cada contenido de producto —incluyendo títulos, descripciones, bullet points, imágenes, módulos A+, video y elementos de Brand Store— cumpla con las mejores prácticas de cada marketplace y responda a insights y tendencias de comercio electrónico. Responsabilidades Principales Liderar la creación, implementación y optimización de contenidos AA/A+ (Amazon) y fichas de producto para marketplaces. Desarrollar estrategias de Content Commerce que integren creatividad, SEO para marketplaces, data y performance. Asegurar que los contenidos estén alineados a las guías, normativas y mejores prácticas específicas de cada plataforma (Amazon, Mercado Libre, Walmart, Coppel, etc.). Supervisar la calidad y consistencia de títulos, bullet points, descripciones, imágenes, videos, A+, Brand Stores y elementos visuales. Integrar insights de performance, búsquedas, CTR, reviews, posicionamiento y conversión para mejorar el contenido. Coordinar con equipos internos (medios, ecommerce, data, social) para desarrollar soluciones integrales orientadas a ventas. Trabajar en conjunto con clientes para presentar estrategias, recomendaciones creativas y resultados. Identificar nuevas oportunidades de innovación en contenido, formatos, storytelling, módulos visuales y herramientas de marketplace. Gestionar y guiar al equipo creativo especializado en ecommerce y content para marketplaces. Requisitos Licenciatura en Comunicación, Marketing, Publicidad, eCommerce o afín. Experiencia mínima de 5 años en contenido para marketplaces o Content Commerce. Dominio de creación y optimización de A+ Content / Contenido A+ (AA). Experiencia comprobable desarrollando fichas de producto para Amazon/Mercado Libre. Conocimiento sólido de SEO para marketplaces y plataformas de Seller/ Vendor. Experiencia trabajando con equipos creativos y de ecommerce. Capacidad para analizar métricas de conversión, tráfico, posicionamiento y engagement. Excelentes habilidades de copywriting orientado a performance. Capacidad para presentar a clientes, liderar mesas de trabajo y coordinar proyectos.
