El/la Country Manager es responsable de asegurar que todos los productos y servicios de MARCO se ejecuten con excelencia en su país, bajo los estándares globales y con foco en eficiencia, rentabilidad y experiencia del cliente. Este rol dirige una estructura multidisciplinaria de Product Delivery Owners (PDOs) y equipos operativos, garantizando la coherencia entre productos y la ejecución integral del portafolio. Responsabilidades Principales Liderar la operación local compuesta por PDOs, Delivery Managers y equipos de ejecución. Asegurar el cumplimiento de SLA, cobertura, calidad, costos y MC5 por producto. Implementar frameworks y procesos definidos por el CMOO a nivel global. Integrar de forma consistente los productos (Field Force, Experiential, Incentives, Omni Audit, etc.). Impulsar eficiencia, escalabilidad y mejora continua. Liderar la cultura M2H (Marco to Human) y desarrollar talento local. Perfil Requerido +10 años en operaciones, delivery o trade/marketing en empresas B2B o de servicios. Experiencia gestionando estructuras multifuncionales por producto y P&L o MC5. Capacidad demostrada para aterrizar modelos globales al mercado local. Liderazgo basado en data, KPIs y pensamiento sistémico. Inglés avanzado.
