Regional Partnerships Manager, WFS Location: Mexico (regional assignment, 50% travel) Description The Workforce Staffing (WFS) Candidate Attraction team seeks a Regional Partnerships Manager to build relationships and manage communications with community partners across Mexico. The role focuses on fostering ties with workforce organizations to source entry‑level warehouse candidates, managing national workforce relationships, and building a network of regionally based partners in specific risk markets. The manager facilitates community partner support for local job fairs and drop‑in events, activates partners to create a candidate funnel, and executes local workforce development and recruitment strategies in Amazon’s most constrained markets. KPIs include increasing the hourly entry‑level talent pipeline, removing obstacles for local candidates, reducing paid advertising and recruiting space, and meeting Candidate Generation hiring goals. Key Responsibilities Partner with Candidate Attraction leadership and internal stakeholders (marketing, Audience Channel owners, Field & Business Management teams) to develop local marketing strategy based on market data and local insight to generate applications. Deliver on KPIs to meet Candidate Attraction hiring goals, including targeted audiences such as Military, People with Disabilities, Referrals, Refugees, and risk geographies. Enable hiring through local vendor partnerships. Identify and develop programs and initiatives that eliminate local employment barriers. Create and execute marketing plans based on data to implement scalable hiring strategies for geographies. Own long‑term relationships with centers‑of‑influence and select workforce organizations; build workforce development relationships that demonstrate ROI. Maintain awareness of labor markets and their impact on Amazon’s near‑ and long‑term hourly staffing needs. Develop internal partnerships with the ability to influence stakeholders, CG Channel Managers, Marketing and Staffing Management Field teams, public policy teams (state and local), public relations teams, local operations and HR teams to ensure alignment. A Day in the Life Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly Candidate Generation activity performance via KPIs for assigned geographies. Identify and schedule drop‑in events, hiring fairs, and information sessions to drive hires. Research and execute opportunities and coordinate activity related to large‑scale community events such as conferences and job fairs. Lead and drive projects of increasing scale and complexity, and manage programs through to completion. Own training, development, team culture, and activities related to Candidate Generation with Field teams. Travel as needed to conduct events in various locations; regional travel up to 50% of the time. About the Team This team facilitates community partner support for local job fairs and drop‑in events, activating partners to achieve a candidate funnel for assigned risk markets. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience (blue badge/FTE). Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent. Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, Quick‑Sight. Preferred Qualifications Experience conducting investigative work, including claimant, witness, and target employee interviews; investigative data analysis; and production of investigative documentation. Experience developing policies and supporting documentation. Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality standards. Experience employing marketing strategies to acquire new customers, nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.
