As a Market Intelligence Specialist at Panduit, you will play a crucial role driving comprehensive analysis and research.You will collaborate closely with your manager, external analysts, and data consultants to gather, analyze, and interpret data, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive business success.DescriptionLabor markets' analysis - 50% of the time- Interpret labor market trends in the technology, data center and industrial markets.- Collect and store labor markets' data from multiple sources.- Create analysis pieces from data.- Evaluate competitor employment trends.- Profile HR practices from competitors.- Carry out projects that evaluate competitor and labor markets' practices.Market and macro analysis - 50% of the time- Collect market trends' data and indicators such as industrial production index and PMI to produce statistical analysis that forecast the market.- Analyze macroeconomic and industrial indicators of different geographies.Requirements- Degree in Economics or related field but with math background.- Understanding of statistical analysis including regression and indicator forecasting.- Understanding of labor markets' data.- Interest in research and analysis.- Advanced Excel.- English fluency.Work ShiftDay (Mexico - Jalisco)
