Process Analyst at BairesDev As a Process Analyst, you will drive continuous improvement across organizational workflows. You'll leverage analytical skills to identify inefficiencies, design process optimization strategies, and support teams in implementing effective business solutions. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive process audits and document current workflows across different departments. Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities. Develop detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to visualize current and proposed workflows. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement process improvement initiatives. Utilize data analysis tools to measure process performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare and present recommendations to senior management for process optimization and strategic changes. What We Are Looking For 3+ years of experience in process analysis, business process management, or related fields. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented approach. Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
