Building of based-value documents aligned with by MAC Liason and TA, communicating the value of portfolio through public institutions, getting access and increasing share of Radiology portfolio by interacting closely with NHC representatives, payers and KOLs related.2. To develop access strategies based on value solutions and economic benefits that Radiology portfolio offers.Customer needs identification in public institutions by field work is key to establish value proposals.3. Cross-functional field work with TA (Brand Manager, Access Manager, Medical & Sales) in order to implement tools (pharmacoeconomic models, calculators, value decks, and others), as well as presenting information in the public sector at national level.4. Implement and coordinate Market Access strategy execution on field as well as an activation plan focused on health economics needs, planning, medical management, Pharmacoeconomics, Disease Management Models, etc., according to the identified customer needs.5. Mapping of key stakeholders related to the Market Access goals, in order to identify opportunities for agile access of Radiology portfolio by delivered solutions.6. Dissemination and discussion of value-based messages establishing Bayer in the top of mind as long-term partner in health solutions for radiology suites.7. Establish continuous competitors performance analysis in order to identify key success factors to increase Bayer portfolio participation in Radiology.8. Collaborate, coordinate, and implement the mitigation strategy against the entrance of new generics and competitors9.
