Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team as a simulation expert.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA), with experience in design for manufacturability and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct and oversee FEA and CFD analyses, validation testing, and result interpretation in areas such as vibration durability, mechanical shock, crashworthiness, and general structural engineering.Specify and design complex mechanical components and sub-assemblies using SolidWorks CAD system, adhering to OEM and aftermarket automotive requirements for high volume production.Implement and assist engineers with design for manufacturability to optimize the manufacturing and assembly process, ensuring that components facilitate handling throughout the product life cycle from shipping through disassembly and recycling.Support discussions and presentations with customers, suppliers, and other groups related to product development.Work with project team members to solve difficult problems, develop fundamental understanding, and improve process engineering and process knowledge.Ensure successful production intent product design from early engineering development through design validation.Requirements7 years of experience in CAE / CFD and 1 year in CAD.MS or MTech in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or relevant disciplines.Strong background in CFD and FEA.Experience in design for manufacturability and collaboration with cross-functional teams.#J-*****-Ljbffr
