Chihuahua, Mexico$45,000 - $65,000 MXN/monthJoin the team at Midtronics, where innovation drives everything we do.As the global leader in automotive battery diagnostics and service, we're at the forefront of the electric vehicle revolution, creating cutting-edge solutions that power the future of transportation.At Midtronics, you'll have the opportunity to work with passionate experts, solve real-world challenges, and shape the future in a rapidly evolving and growing industry.Midtronics is always on the lookout for talented professionals.Our Engineering Project Manager position will perform all project management related tasks for the Global Platform development team.In this role, the individual will act as a technical leader, owning the schedule, managing risks, tracking tasks, and ensuring every project is delivered on time with quality.In addition, interfacing with product management, sales, and customers is required for this role to ensure our customers' needs are met.This position is a precursor to Lead and/or Supervisory positions.Day in the LifeOwn project budget, schedule and overall project outcomes.Coordinate and monitor projects from initiation through delivery.Drive Hardware and Software proof of concept, design and development projectsGather required data from end-users to evaluate and align on Goals, Objectives and ScopeFacilitate collaboration between departments to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.Ensure projects are completed on scope, schedule and budget with quality by keeping teams accountable to project goals.Perform all project management related tasks for global product design and development teams.Manage Risks and IssuesCreate, track and measure KPIs and MetricsInterface with product management, sales, and customers to ensure our customers' needs are met.What You'll NeedBS in Engineering or related required, MS a plus2 - 5 years' experience in Engineering project managementPMP certification is a plusExtensive experience with Software design and developmentHands-on experience with electronics design and development in a manufacturing environment a plusExperience with Supply Chain teams a plusExperience creating a detailed schedule, managing projects, and related project management functionsDetailed knowledge of waterfall and Agile design methodologies and all aspects of product design processExperience with presenting to executive leadership and clearly communicating the status of projectsAbility to establish/revise/execute process change to gain engineering efficiency as well as identify opportunities for improvement.Leadership qualities to work with cross functional teams, vendors, customers across the globeOwnership behaviors to gather input and feedback from all stakeholders to arrive at consensus and achieve common goalsKnowledge of cars and the automotive industry a plusUnderstanding of creation of marketing materials a plusMust be able to read/speak EnglishRelocation not providedAbout UsMidtronics is a fast-growing company with an energetic, passionate, and innovative leadership team.As the world is determined to reduce carbon emissions and improve vehicle safety, the rapid evolution of the transportation industry – from electrification and connectivity to autonomous vehicles — Midtronics, is a committed partner in developing superior battery management solutions to meet those exciting challenges in the years ahead.#J-*****-Ljbffr
