**Objetivo de Puesto**:Analizar el comportamiento de las carteras de Seguros y Fianzas, mediante la revisión y análisis de su constitución, así como el análisis de variaciones de reservas, para identificar el impacto de la suficiencia y presentar propuestas de prevención a los diferentes escenarios de siniestralidad que puedan presentarse en la Compañía.**Alcance geográfico**: Nacional.**Responsabilidades**:Calcular y crear los insumos, mediante el análisis del comportamiento de la cartera, para evaluar la solvencia de la Compañía y cumplir con el requerimiento de capital de solvencia solicitado por la CNSF.Calcular y revisar las reservas de Fianzas en vigor, reserva de contingencia y reservas del seguro de caución mediante el análisis del comportamiento de la cartera, cumpliendo con la regulación vigente.Realizar el cálculo anual para el Límite Máximo de Retención, mediante el análisis de la cartera y los contratos de reaseguro, para evaluar la solvencia de la Compañía, la eficacia del LMR propuesto y la idoneidad de los contratos de reaseguro.Crear reportes estadísticos, mediante el análisis del comportamiento de la cartera, para cumplir con la entrega de requerimientos por la CNSF.**Qualifications**:**Requisitos**:Licenciatura en Actuaria.*Certificación de valuación de reservas y notas técnicas ante el CONAC.Lenguaje de programación y manejo de bases de datos (SQL, SAS, Phyton o R).**Manejo de herramientas**: IGLOO.Mínimo 4 años de experiência en el sector de Seguros y Fianzas, en el área Técnica,conocimientos en valuación de reservas técnicas, requerimiento de capital, armado y envió de reportes regulatorios RR3, RR4 y RR8.*"Chubb Seguros México es una empresa a favor de la diversidad e inclusión.
