The role: As Director of Market Access & Public Affairs at Ipsen Mexico you will lead market access and public affairs strategy to ensure availability, coverage, and positioning of our products within the healthcare system. As the voice of Ipsen with decision‑makers, trade associations, and other key stakeholders, you will shape our environment, promoting public policies that foster innovation and equitable access to health. Responsibilities Lead market access and public affairs strategies to ensure our products are available and positioned within the Mexican healthcare system. Represent Ipsen with government agencies, trade associations, and key stakeholders. Design and implement strategies for new product launches and established brands. Build strong relationships with health authorities, legislators, and opinion leaders. Monitor and analyze regulatory, political, and economic trends affecting product access. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, medical affairs, legal, commercial) to accelerate market access. Drive corporate social responsibility and external communications. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics, Political Science, Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Administration, or related fields. Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or Business Administration is a plus. Proven experience in Market Access and Corporate Affairs. Advanced English (spoken and written). Strategic thinker, influencer, and collaborator. Experience working with Mexican health authorities (IMSS, ISSSTE, SEDENA, SEMAR, etc.) is highly valued.
