If you are looking for a challenging and exciting career in the world of technology, then look no further.Skyworks is an innovator of high performance analog semiconductors whose solutions are powering the wireless networking revolution.At Skyworks, you will find a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on global collaboration, mínimal layers of management and the freedom to make meaningful contributions in a setting that encourages creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.Our work culture values diversity, social responsibility, open communication, mutual trust and respect.We are excited about the opportunity to work with you and glad you want to be part of a team of talented individuals who together can change the way the world communicates._- Please access _Privacy Notice for Mexico_ for important information on personal data and electronic communications._**Position Summary**- Group: IT Mexicali Operations - Data Engineering & Business Intelligence- Focus Areas: Data Engineer, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, Data Visualization- Location: Mexicali- Technical Skills: Data engineering (SQL).Designing and developing ETL.Data migration and/or data scraping.Automation and scripting.-- Key Responsibilities- Setting up and populating analytics databases, tuning them for fast analysis, and creating table schemas.This involves ETL (Extract, Transfer, Load) work, which refers to how data is taken (extracted) from a source, converted (transformed) into a format that can be analyzed and stored (loaded) into a data warehouse, and data visualization- Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms.- Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements- Skills and Experience- 3+ years of experience with data engineering, database design, and/or ETL development- 3+ years of experience using ETL technology and SQL (SQL Server and SQL Developer)- 3+ years of experience with data migration and/or data scraping- Experience with DAX for PowerBI- High exposure to MS SQL server management studio- Strong skills writing queries, store procedures, optimized for performance tunning- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Master degree is a plus- Exposure to MS Azure is a plus- Preferred PowerBI skills:- Develop custom PowerBI reports and dashboards by leveraging data from SQL- Establish configurations to have PowerBI reports pull data from environment specific endpoints such as SQL- Develop calculations, metrics, and data refreshes from source to reflect near real-time data- Experience working with data gateway and integration with AD for necessary access- Develop, publish, schedule reports, and dashboards to meet business requirements- Professional Development- From entry-level employees to senior leaders there's always room to learn.Opportunities to build new skills, take on leadership opportunities and connect and grow through mentorship- Skyworks is proud to be an equal opportunity employer supporting diversity in the workplace._**Job Segment**:Machinist, SQL, Database, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, Manufacturing, Technology
