Email Marketing ManagerCompany: Sleeplay – : Remote (Latin America)Role OverviewThe Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all email and SMS marketing initiatives across the full customer journey.This role drives revenue, strengthens customer relationships, and ensures a premium, cohesive brand experience across all lifecycle touchpoints.It requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, data-driven optimization, research, and cross-functional coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesLifecycle Strategy & SegmentationDevelop and manage the full lifecycle funnel, including welcome flows, pop-up flows, post-purchase journeys, abandonment flows, quiz results, and re-engagement programs.Build and maintain advanced segmentation logic (quiz type, buyers vs non-buyers, high-intent segments, prospecting, etc.).Personalize messaging and product recommendations based on customer behavior, purchase history, and preferences.Email & SMS Campaign ExecutionOwn the end-to-end creation of all email and SMS campaigns: strategy, copywriting, design coordination and supervision, segmentation, scheduling, QA, and performance tracking.Lead major sale campaigns by coordinating messaging, frequency, segmentation, and conversions.Write clear, brand-aligned copy for emails, SMS, automations, and special launch sequences.Build and manage a monthly content calendar for email and SMS across campaigns and automations.Align campaigns with promotions, launches, seasonal events, SEO/blog content, community, and cross-channel campaigns.Work closely with design to brief and review all creative assets.Ensure brand tone is aligned and consistent across all touchpoints.Collaborate with operations, design, dev, and leadership teams for launches and cross-channel alignment.Data Analysis & OptimizationMonitor key KPIs (open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue, AOV, unsub, bounce rates) across campaigns and flows.Analyze performance trends and implement improvements to increase engagement, deliverability, and revenue.Build dashboards, reports, and YoY comparisons for internal and cross-functional presentations.Manage A/B testing for subject lines, segmentation, content format, incentives, and send times.Conduct competitive email/SMS audits to identify trends and opportunities.Identify gaps in the customer journey and propose new lifecycle additions.Cross-Functional CommunicationPartner with operations, growth, and leadership to align on launches, pricing, offers, and timelines.Coordinate with external partners/agencies to maintain best practices, troubleshoot issues, and review audits.Create detailed Asana/Notion tasks and manage workflows across multiple teams (design, dev, growth, leadership).Technical & Platform ManagementMaintain and optimize all Klaviyo flows, lists, tags, and integrations.QA all links, dynamic blocks, UTM parameters, and conditional content before send.Troubleshoot technical issues (deliverability, pop-ups, attribution conflicts, automations).Maintain opt-in/opt-out best practices and monitor list health.Stay updated on deliverability rules, carrier restrictions, and industry changes.Qualifications & SkillsStrong experience with Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, analytics).Excellent English copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone to brand voice.Advanced understanding of lifecycle strategy and behavioral marketing.Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance reporting.Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-team communications.Creative thinker with strong brand and aesthetic intuition.Basic level experience with Figma.Success in this role looks like:Increased flow and campaign revenue and engagement.Improved deliverability and list health.Clear, consistent brand storytelling across all lifecycle channels.Well-documented processes and smooth cross-functional workflow.High-performing seasonal and promotional campaigns.#J-*****-Ljbffr
