**Contract Processor****Location**: Remote**Work Hours**: EST (with weekend availability if needed)**Employment Type**: Full-TimeStart Date: Immediately**About OpsArmy**:OpsArmy connects top-tier remote talent with companies looking for highly skilled professionals.We provide a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, accountability, and excellence.**Role Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- **Review and process contracts** for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.- Conduct **quality assurance checks** on financial records and contract-related documents.- Identify discrepancies or errors and ensure corrections are made before final processing.- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify contract terms and address inconsistencies.- Maintain **detailed and organized records** of all processed contracts.- Ensure all contracts meet **legal, financial, and operational requirements**.- Provide **feedback and recommendations** to improve contract processing efficiency.- Work **EST hours** and be available on **weekends if needed**.**Qualifications & Skills**:- **2-3 years of experience** in **Quality Assurance, Contract Processing, or Financial Auditing**.- ** Familiarity with contract processing** and financial record audits.- ** Accountancy education or background** is a strong plus.- ** Strong attention to detail** and ability to spot inconsistencies or errors.- ** Excellent organizational and analytical skills** to manage large volumes of documents.- ** Ability to work independently** while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.- ** Strong communication skills** to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.- ** Receptive to feedback and coaching** for continuous improvement.**Tools & Platforms Experience**:- **Accounting Software**: QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar platforms.- ** Collaboration Tools**: Slack, Zoom, Google Meet.- ** Productivity & Data Management**: Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).- ** HR & Payroll Systems**: Rippling or similar platforms.**Preferred Experience (Bonus)**:- Prior work in **financial services, legal documentation, or compliance auditing**.- Experience with **contract management software** or financial audit tools.If you're a meticulous professional with a passion for accuracy and compliance, we'd love to hear from you
