Bracco is an international group active in the healthcare sector and a leader in diagnostic imaging.The Group's main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and licensing and distribution agreements.Excited to grow your career?Commercial DirectorAs Commercial Director, you will drive strategy at a world-renowned company known for improving people's lives by shaping the future of prevention and precision imaging.The position is based in Mexico City and will manage the product sales cycle from start to finish, serving as the key point of contact for customers and global teams regarding business strategy, clinical information, training, events, scientific projects and sales.You will ensure the execution of the business strategy in Mexico.ResponsibilitiesDrive Strategic Growth: Create and execute business plans aligned with company goals, financial targets, and market expansion strategies.Lead Market Engagement: Build relationships with the radiology community and key stakeholders to uncover opportunities and promote Bracco's value proposition.Oversee Commercial Operations: Manage proposals, negotiations, pricing processes, and post-sales activities to maximize value.Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs to develop campaigns, control budgets, and deliver business plans.Guide Performance Excellence: Define goals with internal teams and distributors, monitor results, and deliver performance reports.Champion Brand & Integrity: Represent the company in key forums while ensuring all actions align with Bracco's Code of Conduct.Supervisory Responsibilities: Manage approximately people.EducationBA / BS Degree in a relative field required, MBA preferred.Professional Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills15+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or sales, with 8 years in leadership managing commercial teams.Preferred experience in public or private sectors, the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, or medical devices (diagnostics industry is preferred).Expertise: Sales management, financial & planning management.Skills: Cross-functional teamwork, strategic planning, adaptability, critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving.Strong communication (verbal, written, presentations) skills.Project management skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint and AI.Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.Must be fluent in English.Company Values & BehavioursAdhere to Bracco's core values, including:Passion: Connecting People and Networking; Be YourselfExtraordinary: Leading People and Delegation; CourageContinuous Evolution: Insight and Learning Agility; Digital and Technology OrientationSustainability: Long-Term Value CreationTake full ownership of his / her actions or decisions.Self-motivation and capable of managing tasks without constant oversight.Work EnvironmentThe position is office based (Mexico City, Mexico).Travel requirementsDomestic; 10% International travel is required.How to applyIf you meet the requirements of this opportunity and would like to join an international group working to improve patients' lives, apply nowEqual Opportunity StatementAt Bracco, we believe in the values of diversity and inclusion.We respect and celebrate the diversity of our people and their experiences, ensuring a fair opportunity for all.Improve people's lives by sharing the future of prevention and precision imaging.This is our purpose.#J-*****-Ljbffr
