Acero Prime plant at Ramos Arizpe, integrate solutions in metal processing and logistics for the most demanding manufacturing sectors, such as: automotive, home appliance, lighting, HVC, machinery and heavy duty equipment industries, among others.Join us as a **Receiving and Shipping Leader.****Job Summary****Receiving and Shipping Leader** **duties and responsabilities**:- Maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing material shipments.- Assuring no damaged material are sent or received.- Properly accounting for the location of material incoming.- Supervise production requirements and shipment scheduling, as well as validation and monitoring of material inputs and outputs.- Updating and control of procedures, inventory control and validation of good raw material labeling.- Make a difference in the follow-up and customer service.- Compliance with operational metrics and active participation in security activities.- Ensure the necessary resources for the activities of shipment, receipt, production according to the needs of the area.- Coordinate and delegate functions to strappers and team members.**Job Requirements and experience**:- Industrial engineering or equivalent- **Advanced English (desired)**:- **+ 25 years old**:- **Previous experience in a similar position/industry (at least 2 years of experience)**:- Experience in metalworking/automotive industry (desired)- ASTM/IATF/ISO900 Standars- Availability to roll shifts- Ability to maintain accurate records- Experience in managing personnel- Management skills, negotiation, leadership, planning, team management multidisciplinary, problem solving and data analysis, skills for the decision making.**We offer and compensation package including**:- Saving Fund- Additional Saving Program for employees- Food tickets- Gas bonus- Vacation premium- Christmas bonus- Life insurance- Health insurance benefits- Anual bonus programs- Labor Flexibility schames and more- Special fees on Car Insurance**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From $2.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- How old are you?- Are you currently working?- What was your last salary?- What is your English level?How would you rate your basic language skills?PLEASE DESCRIBE EXTENSIVELY.- Describe your experience in similar position/industry:- What is your salary expectation?
