**_Responsibilities:_**- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals- Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, customer support and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully**_Education and Experience:_**- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years required.- 3 - 5 years of experience with Salesforce required- Salesforce certifications required: 201 Administrator Certification- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer a plus**_Knowledge and Skills:_**- Strong technical, verbal, and written communication skills.- Experience in scripting and / or programming language preferred.Foundational knowledge and experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).- Strong analytical, problem solving, priority setting, and collaboration skills.- Possess ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.- Ability to self-manage development tasks, ensuring all activities are completed based on RM schedule and deadlines.- Working knowledge of source and version control preferably with GIT / Jenkins.- Have a good understanding of the Salesforce security model and have prior experience with working on large scale implementations**Job**:Information Technology**Micro Focus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.Prospective employees will receive consideration without discrimination because of race, colour, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, marital or veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information, citizenship or any other legally protected status
