Coordinator, Primary Care Physician Model

Marketing role that leads Primary Care Physician customer strategy activities with a one Pfizer approach and focus on any of the specialties involved (GPs, IM, Gyn, Ger) ensuring a full integration of Customer Facing, platforms and omnichannel based on identify customer journey needs and in collaboration with internal areas (Medical, TA Marketing Team Training, Digital, Innovation and Transformation, Regulatory, Compliance and Legal)**Responsibilities**:Tracking all points of Primary Care Physician (PCP) engagement, addressing customer queries, and identifying ways to improve our PCP servicesTracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints and provide local insightsCollaborating with I&T, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services and awarenessAligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives.as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalitiesDevelop a PCP content strategy with a Patient 360° focus based on customer segments ensuring xBU synergiesIdentifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective mannerAnalyzing customer feedback on services, as well as preparing reportsPerforming innovative initiatives tests, evaluate and facilitate improvementsKeeping informed of industry trends and new CRM technologies.Follow up to assigned budget and expenses brand allocation for PCP ExperienceTrain customer facing roles in the tools, platforms, contents that improve PCP experiencePartner with Medical to ensure PCP KOLs engagement in Medical education activitiesRequierements/QualificatiosAlmost 3 years of marketing experience in similar positionsExtensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.Proficiency in MS Office, as well as CX and CRM softwareExceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.Great organizational and time management abilities.Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in EnglishLocation: Mexico CityPfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.Marketing and Market ResearchLI-PFE
