Tlalnepantla, Ciudad de México, MX, *****Reportando al Controller, el Analista de FP&A trabaja en estrecha colaboración con la alta gerencia para aumentar la eficiencia y la rentabilidad de una empresa al ayudar con el modelado financiero, la estrategia central y las actividades financieras de apoyo para establecer y seguir procesos sólidos en toda la región.Como parte de este rol, el analista de FP&A debe impulsar e implementar las mejores prácticas, buscando mejoras en la gestión de datos, optimizando el proceso y apoyando al negocio para superar los objetivos.El analista de FP&A realiza una amplia gama de funciones que pueden incluir, entre otras:Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de liderazgo para formular el plan financiero y estratégico a mediano y largo plazo de la empresa.Producir modelos para proyectar el crecimiento a largo plazo y determinar los factores de negocio que impactan.Analizar los resultados financieros y operativos para comprender mejor el desempeño de la empresa.Proporcionar análisis detallados y comentarios sobre los resultados del centro de costos y la desviación del margen.Revisar los procesos y procedimientos existentes para desarrollar recomendaciones para los esfuerzos de mejora.Proporcione información a la alta dirección sobre modelos financieros, previsiones y rentabilidad.Apoyar el Plan Operativo Anual y el Pronóstico durante todo el año con supuestos adecuados.Trabajar en sintonía con las Áreas Corporativas para asegurar que la orientación correcta se haya replicado en la regiónTrabajar en estrecha colaboración con las áreas de impacto de efectivo y pérdidas y ganancias para garantizar que se logren los objetivos de SBU.Trabajar con FP&A Latam para apoyar en la consolidación del proceso, siempre atendiendo los plazos corporativos.Calificaciones:Profesional en Finanzas, Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad o áreas relacionadas5+ años de experiencia financiera o similarHabilidad para adaptarse a los cambios constantes de la empresa.Excelente gestión del tiempo y habilidades multitarea.Debe ser capaz de priorizar tareas de manera efectiva.Debe tener excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.Debe tener fuertes habilidades para trabajar en equipo, resolver problemas y tomar decisiones.Debe tener buenas habilidades de pensamiento crítico y ejercer un buen juicio.Manejo de herramientas de análisis financiero: HFM : Esbasse, BI, alto manejo de Excel.Graficas en elaboración de informes financieros.#J-*****-Ljbffr
