Eligibility : Valid work eligibility within USADesignation : Bilingual Business AnalystExperience : 8-15 YearsJob Summary : Aggne is currently searching for a Bilingual Business Analyst (Spanish / English) to join our global community of Innovators as we expand into the Mexican Insurance market to develop and implement a modern approach to Insurance automation.Job Description : The Bilingual Business Analyst is recognized by the project team and customer as the functional business expert for the insurance requirements of multiple insurance carriers and serves as a point of contact for business questions and concerns.The Bilingual Business Analyst is responsible for leading a team to successfully deliver the insurance application suited to the customer's business and performance goals.Additionally, the Bilingual Business Analyst will design and document customized requirements to create software products / systems to meet client requirements as well as communicate effectively the necessary details to design and support specialized customizations to core software including User Interface specifications.Works with carrier stakeholders and Aggne's Sr Business Analysts to interpret complex and unique intercultural business requirements that have a company-wide impact.Defines the correlation of business applications and laws across cultures and languages to operationalize the business imperatives and designs of the insurance application.Provides clarity and understanding across cultures.Works across the Configuration teams to ensure that the application components align with the application business workflows and meet application performance goals.Identifies and address application and data issues that affect application integrity.Identifies cross-capability and cross-release issues that affect business integrity.Transforms customer requirements into user and application required components.Serves as a trusted advisor to the customer.Leads in the design and demonstration of a function prototype.Participates in the development of Training and Documentation for the application.Ensures a high level of buyer confidence by providing key input during the Discovery and requirements gathering interactions.Serves as a mentor for junior level employees.Qualification : Bachelor's degree required, or higher education level, or foreign equivalent, preferably in an area with a Business Analyst emphasis.Minimum of 8 years professional experience in the insurance industry, preferably in the Mexican marketplace.Or Master's degree plus a minimum of 5 years related professional experience.Experience in implementing P&C Insurance software applications.Experience in MS Office, Jira, Azure Dev Ops preferred.Experience with multiple aspects of the insurance systems integration (Policy, Billing, Claims, Reinsurance, etc.).Previous experience working in a customer-facing role.Facilitation experience for conducting requirements gathering and stakeholder agreement meetings.Familiar with functional business process design concepts and principles.Familiarity with insurance products, rules, and methodologies in the LATAM market.Familiarity with insurance Forms, and related structures in Microsoft Word and Adobe.Disclaimer : The position is with Aggne Global IT services (Affiliate of Wipro Ltd)Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-#J-*****-Ljbffr
