Role Overview: Secure company assets and mitigate operational risks through effective management, control, and protection strategies.This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the integrity, traceability, and security of physical, material, and strategic business resources.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, track, and protect all company assets to minimize losses, theft, and damage.Implement asset management and loss prevention strategies to reduce risk exposure.Monitor and regulate the entry and exit of materials, ensuring proper documentation and digital tracking.Design and implement QR code labeling systems for real-time asset tracking.Conduct regular audits and inventory reconciliations to verify asset existence, condition, and depreciation.Enforce physical and operational security protocols in compliance with corporate policies.Supervise and train security personnel on asset control and loss prevention procedures.Perform real-time monitoring using CCTV, alarms, and digital patrol systems to detect incidents.Investigate losses or irregularities and develop corrective action plans.Collaborate with departments such as Logistics, Procurement, Audit, and Legal to strengthen patrimonial control frameworks.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Security, Logistics, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 2 years in patrimonial control, asset management, industrial security, or Loss Prevention.Knowledge in:Comprehensive asset management and inventory protection.Physical and digital reconciliation and auditing processes.Physical security, access control, and patrol supervision.Electronic systems (CCTV, alarms, GPS, digital rounds).Risk analysis and incident investigation.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, ERP, or asset management platforms.Language: Advanced English.Core CompetenciesOperational leadership and strategic vision.Strong analytical and results-driven mindset.Effective communication and crisis management skills.High integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.Continuous improvement and process optimization mindset.Benefits and CultureStrategic role within the Asset Protection department.Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning.Dynamic and high-performance work environment.Access to advanced tools and asset management technologies.Recognition programs for outstanding contributions and process improvements.Competitive compensation package.#J-*****-Ljbffr
