Freelance Accounting Expert – AI TrainerWe believe in using the power of collective intelligence to ethically shape the future of AI.The Mindrift platform connects domain experts with cutting-edge AI projects from innovative tech clients.About the ProjectYou will create complex, realistic tasks that push frontier AI agents to their limits.Think scattered data, conditional procedures, and genuine domain expertise required.You'll build a detailed version with objective scoring, then write an ambiguous version intended to train the agent to succeed with less hand-holding.Real expert complexity only.ResponsibilitiesWrite clear, structured prompts for model training; refine model responses; collaborate with the quality team; rapidly switch between tasks and topics; ensure outputs meet well-defined guidelines.RequirementsHold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Accounting, or closely aligned areas.Have a chartered accountancy qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or ICAEW (advantage).Professional industry experience in accounting with a minimum of 3 years in audit, financial reporting, internal controls, tax, or management accounting.Familiarity with US GAAP standards.Advanced level of English (C1) or above.Experience with cross-functional, applied, or international projects, especially in real-world or consulting contexts.Ability to write clearly and professionally, explaining complex tasks in simple, structured language.Ability to analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources and turn it into accurate, coherent outputs.Creativity in designing realistic and engaging examples, cases, or workflows based on your domain knowledge.Motivation to work with challenging, complex, but well-defined guidelines, learn new methods, and strengthen domain-specific skills.BenefitsGet paid for your expertise, with rates that can go up to $16 / hour depending on your skills, experience, and project needs.Part-time, remote, freelance engagement that fits around your primary professional or academic commitments.Work on advanced AI projects and gain valuable experience that enhances your portfolio.Influence how future AI models understand and communicate in the field of accounting.EmploymentPart-time, freelance, fully remote.You need a laptop, internet connection, time availability, and enthusiasm.Location: Mexico City Metropolitan Area (remote).Industry: IT Services and IT Consulting.#J-*****-Ljbffr
