Position overview: We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in reporting and Excel.This role requires someone who is highly analytical, pragmatic, and able to understand not just the "how" but the "why" behind business processes.You'll be responsible for managing Salesforce operations, troubleshooting user issues, and optimizing reporting capabilities.- Responsibilities: Manage users, roles, permissions, and security settings- Build complex Salesforce reports, dashboards, and leverage Excel for data analysis- Ensure data integrity, perform data imports/exports, and maintain clean records- Implement Flows, Workflows, and Process Builder to optimize processes- Query Salesforce data using SOQL and work with (VS Code or Visual Studio)- Experience managing changes and collaborating using Git- Assist users with login issues, password resets, and basic troubleshooting- Understand business needs, provide practical solutions, and improve efficiency- Fluent in English, able to work independently and in EST time zone- Requirements: Salesforce Admin Certified with hands-on Flow experience- Background in Finance or Commercial Lending an asset or familiarity with financial data- A pragmatic problem solver who understands not just how things work, but why- Able to work autonomously, think critically, and provide business-driven solutions- Experience with marketing cloud activities, queries and data cloud sync an asset
