Quality System EngineerWe are looking for a Quality System Engineer who will take the lead in implementing and maintaining Quality Management (QMS) and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) systems across our factory operations.This role offers a chance to work in a dynamic international environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in Asia and the Americas. You’ll drive ISO system compliance, internal audits, and continuous improvement projects to ensure operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain QMS and EHS systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001).Coordinate and support factory audits from certification bodies and customers.Develop and monitor quality objectives and performance improvement plans (CAPA).Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with global standards.Organize training sessions and promote quality awareness across departments.Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability within the organization.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a related field.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality system management within a manufacturing or maquiladora environment.Knowledge: Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, internal audit processes, and CAPA management.Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.Language: English – Intermediate (professional working proficiency).Traits: Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionQuality Assurance and ManufacturingIndustriesComputer Networking, Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing, and Computers and Electronics Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
