Overview:At PepsiCo, we're redefining what it means to be a consumer products company with a digital-first mindset, and our Global IT team is leading that charge.Our technology teams unlock digital capabilities, enhance cybersecurity safeguards, deliver data-driven insights, and create unmatched consumer and customer experiences.Our culture is guided by the PepsiCo Way, which is a set of values that define our mission to win with purpose in the marketplace and act with integrity in everything we do.We're creating smiles with every sip and every bite while advancing a sustainable, socially impactful agenda that promotes our goal of Winning with Purpose.The Global IT team supports just that with our mission to create more smiles with every CLICK and every LIKE.Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo's digital transformation**Responsibilities**:**What will you be doing?**Lifecycle for LatAm, including the requirement gathering fulfillment, continuous improvement and service stability, based on the agreed SLAs, focusing on Warehouse Management, Warehouse Automation integration with SAP and Inventory Management functionality.Key areas of responsibility are focused on SAP SC MTD, plus all the integration with the different components of the ecosystems to enable the SC solutions using standard capabilities and services, or deploying new ones based on business requirements and aligned architecture strategy.Based on the new IT organizational structure, this role will be implementing, with solutions under his responsibility.This role will be a main player regarding agile practices adoption, supporting team members to adopt and put in practice the agile principles.Must encourage the team to follow the DevSecOps culture and mindset.Qualifications:**Who are we looking for?****Technical Skills**:- 3+ years of hands-on SAP implementation path related with supply chain modules, MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management)- 3+ years of related IT business work experience, experience managing a team with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent, and focused on Supply Chain processes.- 3+ years practicing agile initiatives, under frameworks like SAFe, SCRUM, KANBAN (certifications are desired)- 2+ years playing the scrum master role helping people and initiatives to adopt agile practices.**Desired skills**:- Knowledge of integration points on SC MTD module and related business processes.- Knowledge and experience in following tools and processes.Nice to have: SAP Solution Manager, SAP ChaRM, ITIL tools/processes and production support- Agile, DevOps or DevSecOps (nice to have)**Soft Skills**:- Program and Project Management- Excellent written, verbal communication skills with a track record of senior-level interaction, communication and presentation experience- Solid Understanding of Supply Chain process and its relations with other business processes- Ability to identify and propose solutions for highly complex problems- Translate business requirements into technical language, and vice versa- Must be highly self-motivated with track record of driving competing conflicting priorities- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision while consistently meeting objective- Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external teams**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs
