Buscamos a un Product Owner Junior (Entry level) que quiera iniciar su carrera en producto, aprender de equipos técnicos y participar en el desarrollo de nuevas capacidades digitales dentro de la organización. Condiciones Modalidad: Híbrido (3–4 días a la semana en oficina, medio tiempo). Ubicación: Darwin 74, Piso 5, Col. Anzures (Polanco). Esquema: Freelance / contratación por proyecto. Duración estimada del proyecto: 1 a 2 años (con posibilidad de extensión según desempeño y necesidades del negocio). Principales Responsabilidades Gestión del Product Backlog Crear y priorizar historias de usuario según valor del negocio. Traducir requerimientos en user stories claras y listas para desarrollo. Trabajo con equipos técnicos Alinear diariamente con developers, QA y UX. Participar en dailies, refinamientos, planning y retros. Aseguramiento de calidad Validar entregables con criterios de aceptación. Coordinar pruebas y detectar ajustes necesarios. Investigación y validación Analizar insights de usuarios y benchmarks. Apoyar en prototipos, experimentos y pruebas de concepto. Gestión de stakeholders Comunicar avances, roadmaps y prioridades del negocio. Alinear expectativas entre negocio y equipo técnico. Seguimiento del roadmap Dar seguimiento al sprint y apoyar en la remoción de bloqueos. Garantizar que cada entrega aporte valor real al producto. Requisitos Mínimo 1, máximo 2 años de experiencia en productos, tecnología, innovación o consultoría. Familiaridad con Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, Monday o similares. Conocimientos básicos de APIs, bases de datos y lógica de sistemas. Experiencia colaborando con equipos de desarrollo y diseño (deseable). Inglés intermedio–avanzado. Competencias clave Pensamiento analítico y estructuración de problemas. Comunicación clara con perfiles técnicos y no técnicos. Conocimiento básico de metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban). Entendimiento funcional de UX, desarrollo y QA. Alta capacidad de priorización y organización. Curiosidad, proactividad y mentalidad de aprendizaje continuo.
