Roles and ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates strong business acumen and stays current on industry trends.Interacts with customers / stakeholders in voice-of-customer requirement gathering, fine-tuning, and obtaining product feedback.Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and significant products.Possesses deep understanding of the technology stack and its impact on the product.Collaborates routinely with UX on design decisions and conducts customer / stakeholder interviews elaborating on personas.Demonstrates superior influencing skills to ensure alignment between customer, product manager and cross-functional teams.Owns releases and sprint backlogs; coordinates short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.Manages the backlog, continuously ordering and prioritizing to keep 1-2 sprints always ready.Prioritizes based on customer problems and needs validation.Applies strategic problem-decomposition skills to navigate ambiguity.Engages frequently (~50 %) with the development team to facilitate discussions, provide clarifications, story acceptance, testing, and validation; contributes to design activities.Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories.Partners with Development Leadership / Service Owners to ensure a healthy development process.Expert in Agile methodology.Education QualificationBachelor's Degree with advanced professional experience in DT / IT technical project / program and product management.Desired CharacteristicsTechnical Expertise: Strong knowledge of software design and coding principles.Experience in an Agile environment.Familiarity with versatile implementation options.Knowledge of web technologies, SaaS, APIs, data & analytics, AI, scalability, security, etc.Business Acumen: Explores alternative technologies and approaches to solve problems.Breaks down problems, documents statements, and estimates effort.Analyzes impact of technology choices.Knowledge of competitive environment.Negotiates to align stakeholders and communicate a synthesized perspective, balancing value propositions.Evaluates buy vs build, scopes MVPs and roadmaps, and drives software product decisions.Leadership: Pre-empts downstream consequences and tailors influencing strategies for positive outcomes.Clearly articulates decisions and downstream implications; reflects on successes and failures to improve performance.Recognizes change needs and participates in technical strategy planning.Personal Attributes: Directs and mentors others in critical thinking; engages cross-functional teams to resolve issues.Influences and energizes others toward a shared vision, maintaining excitement even amidst setbacks.Innovates and integrates new processes or technologies to add value; assesses cost vs benefit.Leads and executes effectively amid ambiguity, rapid change, and complex challenges.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided : NoSeniority level : Mid-Senior levelEmployment type : Full-timeJob function : Product Management and MarketingIndustries : Electric Power Generation#J-*****-Ljbffr
