Central AME Segment Director, PCS – GE HealthCareWe are looking for a seasoned supply chain leader to oversee integrated supply chain operations within the Central AME business segment.The role will drive operational excellence, digital factory initiatives, and advanced manufacturing technologies across multiple factories.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with segment teams to develop and execute strategies for deploying manufacturing technology, ensuring successful outcomes.Integrate Design for Manufacturing, Design for Test, and Design for Service into deliverables.Collaborate with central AME teams on additive manufacturing, electronics printing, test automation, and software configuration.Define and execute an Industry 4.0 operations technology roadmap, leveraging real-time data and automation to improve efficiency, flexibility, and quality.Drive business savings through kaizens and cost-workout initiatives.Standardize automation and test platforms across segment operations and plants.Align with automation and test architects in NPI, transfer, and dual-site production programs, shaping strategies, budgets, DFx, and IoT implementation.Manage integrated supply chain deliverables and validate test/automation requirements with engineering.Support advanced technology projects to drive Design for Manufacturing and cost-effective product designs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or regulated manufacturing.Expertise in automation, test systems, and advanced manufacturing technologies.Strong financial acumen and experience managing large-scale budgets.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Preferred AttributesExperience with FDA, ISO *****, and healthcare regulatory standards.Familiarity with ERP, MES, PLM, and digital twin technologies.Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent.Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.We will not sponsor employment visas.GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Employment decisions are based on qualifications and experience.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.A drug screen may be required.COVID-19 vaccination is not mandatory, but may be required by customers.Relocation assistance provided: No.#J-*****-Ljbffr
