This is an individual contributor role for a deep technical expert who will define our ML architecture, solve our hardest technical challenges, and influence ML strategy across the company.What You'll DoDesign company-wide personalization architecture and strategySolve complex technical challenges (cold start, exploration/exploitation, real-time learning)Research and implement state-of-the-art ML techniquesDefine standards and patterns used across all ML teamsMentor senior engineers and review critical technical decisionsRepresent the company in the external ML communityWhat We're Looking For10+ years building ML systems, with deep personalization expertiseRecognized expert in ML systems (publications, patents, or industry impact)Experience architecting ML platforms serving billions of predictionsTrack record of 0→1 innovation in personalization systemsExpertise in multiple approaches (deep learning, bandits, causal ML, graph methods)Ability to influence without authority and drive consensusExceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiencesTechnical Expertise Required:Advanced ML architectures at scaleReal-time ML systems and edge deploymentOnline learning and adaptive systemsPrivacy-preserving personalizationWant to accelerate your career?
