**Ingeniero en sistemas computacionales Soporte técnico / Inglés Intermedio avanzado ( entrevista final en inglés)****¿Québuscamos en ti?**- Licenciatura o Ingenieria realccionada con sistemas computacionales, informatica o afin.- De 3 años de experiência en Adelante en soporte de computadoras de escritorio / portátiles de Microsoft, tecnologías y dispositivos de Apple y conectividad de red.- Dominio de Office 365, incluida la solución avanzada de problemas.- Debe comprender y cumplir con las normas, políticas y controles regulatorios y las normas de riesgo de la Compañía de acuerdo con los lineamientos de gestión de riesgos de la compañía.- Familiarizado con los procesos ITIL e ITSM preferiblemente.Estar familiarizado con los sistemas de administraciion y atencion de tickets orientados en IT.- Conocimiento de redes Cisco - Nível Intermedio.Conocimiento de servidores - Windows **** Server en Adelante, Manejo de Directorio Activo.- Conocimiento de SSCM Basico Ingles intermedio- **OFRECEMOS**:- Horario:Lunes a viernes 8:00am a 5:00pm- Prestasiones de Ley- Sueldo $23,000 brutos al mes- Zona laboral: Parque Industrial Server, Arteaga, Coahuila.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,****** - $23,****** al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasEducación:- Licenciatura trunca o en curso (Deseable)Experiência:- Soporte técnico: 2 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés avanzado (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
