Job TitleCloud Solution Architect - Security & M365 Copilot (Bilingual English & Spanish)Job DetailsLocation: MEXWork-at-Home: CRISchedule: Full timeLanguage Requirements: English & SpanishJob Requisition ID: RKey ResponsibilitiesDrive positive Customer Satisfaction, act as a trusted advisor, and provide feedback and insights from customers/partners.Serve as the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices with Global Security teams and product stakeholders to influence roadmap.Land an end-to-end value proposition for Security (Zero Trust) spanning Microsoft Security offerings, focusing on Threat Protection, ID & Access Management, and Cloud Security.Support customers through the adoption lifecycle—planning, adoption, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft security products.Deliver technical presentations, demos, and high-level solutions; collaborate with Microsoft and partner resources to drive deployment and customer adoption.Identify cross-sell, upsell, and unified opportunities through customer engagement.Align individual skill-set to team and Customer Success goals to accelerate customer outcomes.Run architectural design sessions to build implementation plans, ensuring consensus on solution design and next steps toward production.Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects and stakeholders (FastTrack, partners, Microsoft Consulting) on complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions.Provide hands-on support for deploying Microsoft Purview solutions.Assess customer environments and recommend tailored compliance configurations.Lead workshops and demos on data protection, risk management, and eDiscovery workflows.Collaborate with security, legal, and IT stakeholders to align compliance strategies.Support governance planning and implementation for M365 Copilot.QualificationsAt least 10 years of experience with Microsoft technologies.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 compliance and security architecture.Experience with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, CCPA, NIST.Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Purview solutions, including Information Protection (Sensitivity Labels), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Insider Risk Management, and Communication Compliance.Advanced understanding of Microsoft 365 compliance architecture, including Compliance Manager, eDiscovery (Standard & Premium), and retention policies.Proven experience implementing governance frameworks for M365 Copilot, responsible AI usage, data access controls, and prompt management.Strong understanding of how regulatory compliance standards map to Microsoft 365 capabilities.Skilled in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API for automation and customization of compliance workflows.Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance (preferred).Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.EEO StatementConcentrix CVG Corporation is an EEO/AA/M/F/Vet/Disability Employer.#J-*****-Ljbffr
