Role OverviewNatureSweet is the leading provider of high-quality, greenhouse-grown produce.As a Junior Demand Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company's continued success by providing accurate demand forecasts and supporting the sales team.Key Responsibilities- Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate base and promotional forecasts for key U.S. retail partners.- Data Management: Update forecast data within NatureSweet's demand planning system to ensure alignment with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.- Insight Generation: Participate in monthly sales tactical meetings, providing valuable insights and updates to support decision-making across sales, marketing, innovation, and project management.- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance forecast processes and communication flows.Requirements- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, supply chain, or a related analytical field.- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, demand planning, or sales analytics (CPG or produce industry experience a plus).Benefits- Bilingualism: Fluency in English and Spanish.- Cultural Fit: Aligns with NatureSweet's mission to transform the lives of agricultural workers in North America.
