The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for creativity, experimentation, and growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end creation and editing of videos and other multimedia content. Manage freelancers, editors, and other creative contributors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs. Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand positioning and reach among Mid-Market businesses for a B2B AI company. Design and manage side projects aimed at improving marketing expenditures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design pieces, social media campaigns, and marketing initiatives with business goals. Requirements Proven experience as a Creative Project Lead or in a similar role within marketing, video production, or social media management.
