**Descripción**:**Social Media and Content Coordinator**We are looking for passionate and self-motivated professionals to join our marketing team.**The main responsibilities of the position include**:- Coordinate the design team workload, supervise and follow up on the projects- Content creation:- Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.- Develop engaging content for advertising campaigns (banners, videos, captions, etc ).- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.- Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.- Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.- Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results- Collaborate with other regions in the world with the develop of content for our social media channels- Translation of the content provided by HQ and the Portuguese instructors- Stay up-to-date with the trends in order to create localized content- Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.- Social Media coordination:- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy- Elaborate the monthly posting, writing and content grid schedules- Respond to customers in a timely manner- Schedule on time all the posts on our social media channels- Reports:- Measure the success of every social media campaign- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews- Continuous investigation of the competition (benchmarketing)- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.- Liaise with Development, affiliation, online/offline events and Sales departments**Main requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese desirable)- Excellent communication and organization skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese desirable)- Two years of proven experience in social media management and content writing (desirable)- Must be creative and proactive- Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver- Must take lead design responsibilities on multiple projects simultaneously- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, often on multiple projects- Excellent team working skills- Excellent communication and organization skills in English and Spanish**Additional Details**:- Monday - Friday (8:*******:00 / with 1 hour break)- Pleasant job environment- Working Area: Remote (until further notice)- Type of employment: Full time- Law benefits- 50% vacation premium- 1 month Christmas bonus- SGMM after the 3rd month of work- Place to work: Polanco, CDMX.**Requisitos**:
