Join a company whose mission is to support modern businesses in their quest to grow fast and flexibly.We achieve this by offering innovative services delivered by a skilled, talented, and distributed team.**Requirement: Must submit Resume in English**What You'll Do:- Understand and take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning them with company goals and market demands.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.- Gather and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders across the organization.- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, from ideation to launch.- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform decision-making and product iterations.- Develop strategies to enhance user satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall product value- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain product competitiveness.Who We're Looking For:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of articulating product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.MBA is a plus.- 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.Skills and Experience:- Proficiency in Agile methodologies or Shape-up project management, including shaping, betting, and building.- Experience in managing product P&L and setting strategic direction for products.- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and ability to translate user needs into product features.- Familiarity with business analysis tools (Hubspot, PowerBI), process mapping tools (Diagrams.net), and task management software (Asana).- Experience with data analysis and interpretation to drive product decisions.Certifications of Interest:- Relevant certifications such as Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPM) are advantageous.Join our team at Alliance Virtual Offices and lead the charge in creating innovative solutions that support modern businesses.We offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth, encourages creativity, and values product leadership.What We Offer:- $60,000-$75,000 MXN Pesos Monthly, dependent on skills and experience- Mexican benefits by law- Opportunity to shape and grow products in a fast-paced, innovative environmentPay: $60,****** - $75,****** per monthApplication Question(s):- What level is your english?C1, C2 or Native- Submit a LinkedIn Profile Link and/or Portfolio**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- product management: 5 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
