Join to apply for the Category manager role at PPG As a Category manager you will implement Category Management strategies that achieve commercial growth, increase the product portfolio, and strengthen in-store commercial execution at the national level. You will report to the category manager chief in our site located in Tultitlán. Key Responsibilities Develop strategic planograms that maximize shelf space use, tailored to different products and marketing channels. Define an organized product portfolio according to the demand of each sales territory, identifying improvement opportunities through analysis of historical information. Coordinate the implementation of strategic plans related to the portfolio and planograms. These plans include store or client visits and walkthroughs to improve commercial execution at the point of sale and promote new or slow‑moving products. Accomplish the setup of display strategies at main company events such as conventions, exhibitions, and product launches. Track cataloging rates and portfolio efficiency within the dealer network, ensuring agreement on commercial and brand goals. Qualifications Bachelor's or engineering degree in economic‑administrative areas or marketing. + 2 years of experience in planogram tools or category management. Intermediate English.
